The Seller sends the shipment at their own cost and risk, using a carrier of their own choice.

CardEmpire s. r. o. is not liable for loss, damage, theft, substitution of contents, incompleteness of the shipment, or any other defects arising during transport or before the inspection of the shipment's contents.

The mere delivery of the shipment to CardEmpire s. r. o., or its acceptance from the carrier, does not constitute confirmation that the shipment contained all items declared by the Seller in the application or upon dispatch.

The contents of the shipment are deemed to be solely the items physically found, inspected and recorded by CardEmpire s. r. o. after opening the shipment. The decisive condition for assessing the contents is the state determined upon opening and inspection by a CardEmpire s. r. o. employee.

If the shipment shows signs of damage, unauthorized opening, tampering during transport, or a difference between the declared and the actually delivered contents, CardEmpire s. r. o. is not liable for the resulting difference. Any claims relating to loss, damage or theft of the shipment's contents must be asserted by the Seller against the relevant carrier.

CardEmpire s. r. o. assumes responsibility for items sent for buyout only after opening the shipment, inspecting the contents and confirming acceptance of the specific cards into the buyout.

CardEmpire s. r. o. is entitled to open and inspect shipments in the presence of a camera system or to otherwise document the inspection. Such documentation may be used as evidence when resolving complaints, disputes or discrepancies regarding the shipment's contents.

The Seller is advised to pack the shipment adequately, document its contents before dispatch, and, for higher-value shipments, use shipment insurance.
